Once the block definition is recreated the block entities can be reinserted, the corresponding attributes can be entered, and displayed as expected in ArcGIS Desktop version 10.4 and 10.4.1. To remedy this issue, it is recommended recreating the block definition using AutoCAD’s block editor, and to reassign the desired attributes.
